For information regarding degree and graduation/completion certificates, please contact the Faculty/Graduate School of Agricultural Science Educational Records and Programs Section (TEL: 022-717-8609) with the following information:
- How you wish to receive your degree: we can mail it by post, or you can pick it up in person.
- If you choose post (certificates will be sent in April) please provide: Mailing address, etc.
Please understand that postal delivery may be delayed due to the current state of affairs.
- If you wish to pick up your degree in person please come to Tohoku University on or after April 6. Please take all necessary safety precautions in doing so.
- If you will be entering a Tohoku University graduate school directly from a Tohoku University faculty, and thus do not need your degree and certificates immediately, we request that you obtain them after entering graduate school (April or later).
- If you require your graduation/completion certificate immediately for employment etc., they will be issued on or after March 25; please inquire with the Educational Records and Programs Section (TEL: 022-717-8609).
