The position involves a collaboration with Professor Yusuke Nomura to promote the research topic "Fundamental Theory and Design of Asymmetric Quantum Matters." This topic is part of the "Visualization, Design, and Creation of Quantum Materials Colored by Asymmetry" research area (representative: Takahiro Onimaru, Hiroshima University). Successful candidates will be expected to develop a fundamental theory of asymmetric quantum matters and research materials design based on computational materials science.
